FAQs

Do I have to be an experienced rider?

No. Riders of all skill levels are accepted and welcomed. Members will be able to learn and progress with the help of coaches and fellow teammates.

Do I have to supply my own equipment?

Yes. Generally members must have their own gear such as a board or ski and a life vest. However, the team discounts make it easy to purchase gear at a low price, and fellow teammates are always willing to let you borrow equipment.

How much does it cost to join the team?

Team dues are $300 for the first year and $250 every subsequent year. This money pays for boat maintenance, gas, and other miscellaneous expenses.

What kind of boat does the team have?

In 2012 we purchased a new boat for the team. It is a 1998 Malibu Sun Setter LX Bowrider.

Where does the Wakeboard and Waterski Team ride?

The Snake River. The team has a boat slip at Wawawai Landing, which is about a 20 minute drive from Pullman. It is a great spot to ride with very little boat traffic and a lot of smooth water.
